Fort Victoria RV Park was not built in a day, or even in a year; it was built continuously over a period of ten years. The folks who own the Park did the work themselves to ensure the detail and quality construction they wanted was carried out.
An example are the rock walls through out the Park that alone took three people, five entire winters to complete.
